Blackmore-Rowe Agencies began with the founding of the Rowe Agency in 1919 by Charles P. Rowe. In 1972, the Rowe Agency merged with the Blackmore Agency, another well established reputable agency that was founded in 1941 by Cecil Blackmore, thus forming one of the largest and most diverse agencies in the area.
